  • 12 week individualized coaching begins with a mini 360 report compiled by interviewing 5-6 colleagues and leaders in your current realm.

    This report identifies areas and themes that our coaching will focus on.

    At the end of our coaching, a follow up series of interviews is conducted to assess your growth and future development opportunities.
